Since the format of Benchmarks for Managers is very similar to the assessment we used as the teaching tool in the course, you should feel comfortable with the Benchmarks for Managers feedback report format and scoring rules. There are, however, some substantial differences in content. You will definitely want to spend time familiarizing yourself with the details of this particular assessment prior to beginning a feedback initiative.
