This material is provided as a supplemental resource for individuals who have completed CCL's Assessment Certification Course. It is designed to provide a deeper, more detailed dive into Benchmarks® for Executives™.

Since the format of Benchmarks for Executives is very similar to the assessment we used as the teaching tool in the course, you should feel comfortable with the Benchmarks for Executives feedback report format and scoring rules. There are, however, some substantial differences in content. You will definitely want to spend time familiarizing yourself with the details of this particular assessment prior to beginning a feedback initiative.
